A one Mr C.A. was apprehended at the Kralendijk police station at approx. 8 p.m. on Saturday June 17th 2017. He was held on suspicion of among other things, assault, stalking, trespassing and starvation of a minor child, a charge which falls under child abuse, child endangerment, child neglect.
